Implement standardized operations and improve the level of process operation.Using a strict process system, the rhythm of forgings can be controlled, the heating temperature of the steel material can be uniform, and the yin and yang surfaces can be eliminated.At the same time, the amount of pressure should be rationally allocated so that the steel material can be exported straight from the hole shape, and the guard plate should be firmly installed to prevent winding.
It is also necessary to operate carefully to prevent the steel material from feeding the wrong holes, and to eliminate low-temperature steel and blackhead steel, so as not to cause increased pressure, fatigue of the forgings, and even cause fracture.
